I founded Onecompany with one simple idea: one firm that can handle everything a project needs — regardless of the sector, the state, or the scale. IT systems rollouts, infrastructure builds, residential developments, financial transformation programs, hospital redevelopments — the discipline of project management is the same. The principles never change.

Based in Adelaide and working across Australia, I have led complex programs across government and private sectors, with deep expertise in procurement, contract management, cost management, change management and stakeholder engagement.
